Product description
The DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex) is a switch actuator suitable for DPSI dual power supplies that can be used with Jeti Duplex systems. The DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex) is composed of the Jeti Duplex RCSW RC switch and the EMCOTEC RCSW adapter. Using the DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex) DPSI dual power supplies can be switched on and off with the transmitter.
Variants and delivery contents
The DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex) is composed of above-named the modules. Certainly the EMCOTEC RCSW adapter can also be purchased stand-alone when a existing Jeti Duplex RCSW RC switch should be upgraded. So the DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex) is available in two variants:

The DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex) is compatible with the listet DPSI dual power supplies:
- DPSI RV Mini series
- DPSI 2001 RV Version 2014
- DPSI RV (2010)
- DPSI 2018 Duplex Edition
Notice
- The DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex cannot be used with the dual power supply DPSI Ampere.
- The DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex) can only be used with Jeti Duplex systems. Usage with other manufacturer's systems is not possible.
First start-up
Before the DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex) can be used it must be set up once. Therefor the following procedure is necessary:
- Bind Jeti Duplex RCSW RC switch to the system without connected to the EMCOTEC RCSW adapter.
- Connect batteries to the DPSI dual power supply.
- Connect EMCOTEC RCSW adapter to the DPSI dual power supply's switch actuator connector without the Jeti Duplex RCSW RC switch. The DPSI dual power supply switches on automatically.
- Connect the Jeti Duplex RCSW RC switch to the EMCOTEC RCSW adapter. The DPSI dual power supply switches off automatically (due to the Jeti Duplex RCSW RC switch is in "OFF" status).
The DPSI dual power supply can now be switched on and off with the DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex). Find details concerning connecting the DPSI Remote switch actuator (Duplex) in chapter Connections.
Notice
- Im Menü des Jeti Duplex RCSW RC-Switch muss der Menüpunkt Invertierte Polarität deaktiviert sein. Der Jeti Duplex RCSW RC-Switch lässt sich sonst nicht mit dem EMCOTEC RCSW Adapter betreiben.
- Zum Betrieb des DPSI Fernsteuerschaltgebers (Duplex) ist eine Akkuspannung von mindestens 7 Volt notwendig. Bei einer niedrigeren Spannung ist der Einschaltvorgang nicht möglich. Es können daher nur Akkus verwendet werden, deren Nennspannung bei 7,2 Volt oder 7,4 Volt liegt (z. B. LiPo- oder LiIon-Akkus).
Connections
Der Jeti Duplex RCSW RC-Switch wird rechts an der Unterseite des EMCOTEC RCSW Adapters angeschlossen. Die Polung wird auf beiden Modulen angegeben. Auf dem Jeti Duplex RCSW RC-Switch muss der Anschluss Control Output benutzt werden. Der EMCOTEC RCSW Adapter wird an den Schaltgeberanschluss der entsprechenden DPSI-Akkuweiche angeschlossen.
